The annual results of 2016?
In 2016, the Group achieved revenue of RMB988 million, recorded EBITDA of RMB841 million, net profit increased to RMB382 million.
The use of the proceeds of US bond of USD350 million.
The proceeds are used mainly to repay certain outstanding amounts under our convertible bonds, so as to improve the Group’s debt structure.
The distribution of projects under the Group.
As of date of May 2017, the Company's new energy projects are located throughout the country and some overseas regions, including Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia, Shanxi, Hubei, Xinjiang, Gansu, Yunnan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Hebei, Guangdong and other six regions in the UK.
