BJ ENERGY INTL Held Talks with Kangping County Government, Shenyang, Liaoning

On April 10, a delegation led by Wu Chaoke, vice president of Beijing Energy International, met with Wang Tieli, the secretary of the Kangping County Party Committee, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The two parties exchanged on deepening cooperation in new energy, green hydrogen, green ammonia and green alcohol and other fields. 




During the meeting, both sides reached a consensus on promoting the establishment of the Kangping County Green Power and Green Hydrogen Low-carbon Industrial Park. They agreed that Beijing Energy International and the Kangping County Government are highly aligned on the development concepts of the green and low-carbon sectors, with a solid foundation and broad space for cooperation. In the future, both parties will strengthen joint working mechanisms, focus on specific projects as entry point, complement each other’s strengths, and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. They aim to set a benchmark for cooperation between Beijing and Shenyang, and jointly contribute to the county’s transformation into a new growth pole for the green, low-carbon, and high-quality development in Shenyang, making positive contributions to the city’s all-round revitalization.

Attendees at the meeting included Wang Lixun, deputy secretary of the Kangping County Party Committee and county chief; Guo Haoran, executive deputy director of the Kangping Economic Development Zone Management Committee; Ma Yue and Zhu Lianshun, deputy county chiefs; relevant officials from the County Development and Reform Bureau, Natural Resources Bureau, Industry and Information Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, and the Third Investment Promotion Bureau; Ma Tingyu, secretary of the Liaoning Planning and Design Research Institute(LPDRI); Lu Lin, head of the Design Institute under LPDRI; Wang Qinghua, planner of the Design Institute; Xue Manyu, general manager of the Strategic Investment Department of Beijing Energy International; and relevant personnel from the North China Branch Company and the Green Hydrogen Chemical Project Preparatory Group.
