(PRC, Hong Kong, 14 March 2014) United Photovoltaics Group Limited (“United PV” or “the Company,” stock code: 00686.HK, whose largest shareholder is China Merchants New Energy Group “CMNE”),a leading solar power plant investor and operator in China, today announced that, with effect from 14 March 2014, the website address of the Company will be changed to www.unitedpvgroup.com , from www.goldpoly.hk to reflect the change of corporate name.

Mr. Alan LI, Chairman of the Board and CEO of United PV, said: “The Company has actively acquired high-quality solar power plants and cooperated closely with leading industry players to promote green energy development in the past year. The Company was renamed United PV in February 2014 in order to reflect the changes in its positioning as well as corporate identity. Thereafter, we updated our corporate visual and identity systems, improved both content and design of our corporate website, with the aim of strengthening online communication with the stakeholders, including the public, investors, media and our partners, and thus further enhance interaction and information disclosure.”
