Project Update from Tongliao: Successful Completion of Hoisting Operations for Wind Turbines in Molimiao Area of Tongliao’s 1.38 Million kW Wind Power Project
Time:2024-04-23

At 23:30 of April 20, with the precise docking of the FM11 turbine impeller and the nacelle completed at a height of 100 meters, the hoisting operations for 82 turbines in the Molimiao area of the 1.38 million kW ecological wind power base project in Horqin District, Tongliao City, were successfully completed. This marks a significant breakthrough in the construction of the project, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent work.

A total of 81 units of 6.25 MW and 1 unit of 5.0 MW wind turbines were installed in the Molimiao area of the Tongliao 138 Project, with a total installed capacity of 511.25 MW. This area involves 7 townships and 29 villages. To promote the construction progress and ensure the smooth implementation of hoisting operations, the Project Department engaged in active communication with local government and coordinated meticulously. Overcoming numerous challenges such as unpredictable weather, low winter temperatures, adverse environments, and varied terrain, they meticulously planned and deployed resources. They coordinated the input of mechanical equipment and human resources from the general contractor and supervisory unit, comprehensively analyzed feasible construction plans, and strictly implemented various safety management systems. They intensified the investigation and rectification of safety hazards, monitored the entire hoisting process, and provided real-time guidance and correction for hoisting operations. This ensured the effective implementation of various safety measures and provided strong safety guarantees for the orderly progress and successful completion of turbine hoisting operations.

All staff members of the Tongliao 138 Project Department have consistently adhered to the principles of prioritizing safety, emphasizing quality, and enhancing efficiency. They fully embody the spirit of resilience and diligence, surmounting numerous challenges to safely and successfully complete the hoisting tasks for 82 turbines. Their dedication has contributed significantly to advancing national green and low-carbon development and supporting the achievement of the dual carbon goals.
