On July 24, 2023, Beijing Energy International’s Zhigu 2.8MW distributed photovoltaic project in Xihongmen, Daxing District, Beijing was successfully registered.

The project is located in No.10 Courtyard, Dingli Road, Daxing District, Beijing, with a planned total installed capacity of 2.8MW. The project can supply electricity for its self-use, with the surplus connecting to the grid. After the project becomes up and running, it is estimated that it can produce about 3.02 million kWh of clean and green electricity every year, equivalent to saving about 912 tons of standard coal and reducing about 2,648 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which will promote the energy transformation and economic development of Beijing in its efforts to achieve the dual carbon goal at an early date.
