On May 11, Chairman of the Board of Directors Zhang Ping of Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. received a team led by Senior Vice President She Haifeng of LONGi, a photovoltaic technology company based in Xi’an. The two sides discussed about the development trend of photovoltaic industry and how to carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation. The meeting was also attended by Vice President Liu Yuxi and Vice President He Song in charge of Greater China business of LONGi, Vice President Jia Geng, Investment Director Zhao Li of Beijing Energy International and other relevant personnel.  





She Haifeng introduced the development of LONGi in 2020 and analyzed the future trend of the photovoltaic industry. He suggested that LONGi has always centered on customer value and adhered to the concept of “stable and reliable development led by science and technology”. LONGi stands ready to provide the best quality products and services and work together with such strategic partners as Beijing Energy International to jointly address the challenges facing the photovoltaic industry and push forward the sound and sustainable development of the industry.

Zhang Ping welcomed She Haifeng and his team and introduced the company’s development plan during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. He pointed out that the two sides have recently launched substantive cooperation in the development of large-scale energy bases and the integration of building and photovoltaic devices and that some projects are about to be implemented. Considering the future development, the two sides should establish a long-term mechanism to better solve the problems facing the photovoltaic industry. He suggested that sharing the same values, Beijing Energy International and LONGi keep efficient communication and advance projects rapidly. The companies will continue to strengthen and expand cooperation in the future.

During the meeting, the two sides also discussed about the component procurement model in details and will follow up with an implementation plan based on specific projects and speed up the implementation.
