On February 3, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Yang Wenhui, member of the Standing Committee of Songyuan Municipal Committee of Jilin Province and secretary of Qianguo’erluosi Mongolia Autonomous County (Qianguo County) in Beijing. The two sides exchanged on in-depth cooperation in new energy.

During the meeting, the two sides agreed that Qianguo County enjoys the advantages of location and resources and has huge development potential in new energy. Beijing Energy International has close ties with Qianguo County Party Committee and county government in the early stage, with highly aligned development concepts and broad cooperation space. On the basis of the signed Zero Carbon Industrial Park Investment Cooperation Agreement between Beijing Energy International and Qianguo County, the two sides will actively explore cooperation ideas, maintain a long-term friendly strategic partnership, conduct comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in new energy development and construction, set up special working group, jointly speed up the implementation of cooperation, help upgrade the regional new energy industry, deliver both social and economic benefits, and contribute to the early realization of the dual carbon goal in Jilin Province.

Cao Wei, member of the Standing Committee of Qianguo County Committee and executive deputy magistrate, Qi Bing, deputy magistrate, Hou Fengming, director of the Development and Reform Bureau, and Hao Chunguang, director of Qianguo County Bureau of Commerce; Ding Xiuqin, chairman of Joing Technology, and Liu Hongming, board director; Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, Fan Liyun, engineering director, Liu Jiguang, general manager of Business Planning Department, Li Jian, general manager of Beijing Energy Sembcorp and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.
