On June 25, 2023, Beijing Energy International won the bid for the phase-I integrated energy service project of XD Group Hospital’s outpatient and inpatient complex reconstruction project. This project is the first integrated energy project of a hospital of the company, which demonstrates the specialized service ability of Beijing Jingneng International Integrated Smart Energy Company and translates its “light assets” business operation mode into reality.

XD Group Hospital is a Grade-A hospital located in Lianhu District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province. In order to improve the medical conditions, the hospital rebuilt the outpatient and inpatient complex building on the basis of the existing one. The phase-I covers an area of 16,940 square meters, with a new construction area of 67,225.6 square meters and 900 planned beds.

For the next step, Beijing Energy International will provide customers with green, smart and efficient energy services for cooling and domestic hot water through an integrated energy management platform to realize smart operation. As the first integrated energy project of a hospital, this project will help the company steadily expand the layout of its integrated energy custody and operation business, and also create a good start for the upgrading of energy system of old hospitals and the energy system investment and operation of new projects.
