On April 26, Beijing Energy International’s CIEC 11.5MW Integrated PV Project in Shunyi District, Beijing, successfully achieved full-capacity grid connection and power generation. 

Located at No. 88 Yuxiang Road, China International Exhibition Center (CIEC), the project has a total installed capacity of 11.5MW. It adopts a “self-generation for self-use with surplus electricity fed into the grid” model. After commissioning, it is expected to provide around 12.7 million kWh of green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 3,642 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 10,000 tons. The project will further promote the capital’s energy transition and economic development.
