On August 29, Beijing Energy International was invited to participate in the 2025 Taizhou Major Investment Projects Signing Ceremony. 

At the ceremony, Zhu Jun, President of Beijing Energy International, signed an agreement on behalf of the company with Zhou Yang, Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan Municipal Committee, for the Zhongludao Marine Ranch Technology Development Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to jointly promote the construction and comprehensive utilization of a modern marine ranch, co-developing the “Zhongludao Marine Ranch Complex Project” and working together to advance the high-quality development of Yuhuan’s marine economy and energy transition.

The signing ceremony was hosted by the Taizhou Municipal Government with the aim of strengthening government–enterprise cooperation, fostering industrial upgrading, and accelerating local high-quality economic development. Attendees included Shen Mingquan, Secretary of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee; Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Mayor; Wu Haiping, Director of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou People’s Congress; Zhou Yang, Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan Municipal Committee; and other leaders. Zhang Kai, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Energy International’s East China Branch, also attended the ceremony.
