On October 21, the Second Power Construction Sustainable Development (ESG) Conference was held in Beijing. The event was hosted by the China Electric Power Construction Association (CEPCA) with the aim of further promoting the practice and application of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in the power industry. During the conference, AVIC Jingneng Photovoltaic REIT, as one of the first pilot item in the ESG assessment of power engineering projects, was officially awarded an AA ESG rating. 

During the event, the organizers released the results of the ESG evaluation of power engineering projects. AVIC Jingneng Photovoltaic REIT successfully passed multiple stages — including project application, formal review, expert evaluation, final approval, and public announcement — and ultimately received an AA ESG rating. This achievement not only represents a high recognition of the project’s solid efforts and remarkable performance in ESG implementation in the past, but also highlights the company’s key role in integrating ESG principles deeply into project management.

Looking ahead, the company will take this rating as a new foundation to further embed ESG practices throughout the entire lifecycle of project operation and management, continuously improve ESG performance, and make greater contributions to the green transformation and sustainable development of the power industry.
