On June 29, 2023, Beijing Energy International completed the registration of the 3139.25kW Dayun No.1 distributed, low-carbon, integrated energy demonstration project located in Tongzhou District, Beijing.

Combined with the positioning of high-end office buildings in the park, the project adopts BIPV glass curtain wall technology and flexible solar thin-film battery without affecting the outer appearance, realizes green power generation, reduces dependence on external power grid as well as the operating costs and carbon emissions, and improves energy efficiency in the building. At the same time, by adjusting the light transmittance of BIPV glass curtain wall and controlling the indoor illumination and temperature, the indoor environment can be improved, and the comfort and energy-saving effect can be ameliorated.

After the project is launched into operation, it is estimated to produce about 3.08 million kWh of clean and green electricity every year, equivalent to saving about 940 tons of standard coal and reducing about 2,860 tons of carbon dioxide. It has played a positive demonstration role in building a resource-saving park in Dayun No.1 Park as well as green and energy-saving building in Beijing.
