On June 12, Liu Guoxi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Energy International, met with Zhang Xiujie, Secretary of the Yangxi County Committee of Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, and Huang Jiaxin, Deputy Secretary of the County Committee and County Chief, in Beijing. The two sides held discussions on the construction progress of the Yangjiang Yangxi Natural Gas Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power (CCHP) project. 

During the meeting, both parties thoroughly exchanged views on key aspects of the project’s construction and commissioning. They agreed that Yangxi County boasts abundant heat load demand from numerous heat users, a favorable business environment, and vast potential for CCHP project development. The company and the Yangxi County Government share aligned development philosophies and have established a solid foundation of mutual trust in their cooperation on the project. Moving forward, both sides expressed hope to further strengthen communication, enhance collaboration, and achieve mutual benefits to facilitate the early commissioning and power generation of the project, thereby supporting the prosperous development of Yangxi Industrial Park.

The meeting was also attended by Feng Qinghua, Member of the Yangxi County Committee and Executive Deputy County Chief; Li Yayu, Executive Deputy Director of the County Committee Office; Lu Jinlan, Director of the County Commerce Bureau; Xie Jian, Deputy Director of the County Commerce Bureau; Huang Hui, Vice President of Beijing Energy International; Hu Yong, General Manager of the Engineering Management Division; Su Zhou, General Manager of Beijing Energy International (Yangxi) Integrated Energy Company; and other relevant personnel.
