On June 12, Beijing Energy International, together with fifteen strategic partners including PowerChina Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd., held a symposium with Songyuan City and Qianguo County of Jilin Province. The parties conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation in the clean energy sector for the county’s Zero-Carbon Industrial Park. 

Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, and Yang Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of Songyuan Municipal Committee of Jilin Province, Secretary of Qianguo County Committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Chagan Lake Tourism Economic Development Zone, attended the symposium and delivered speeches respectively.

During the meeting, all parties presented their respective business developments and future plans, with a focus on in-depth discussions regarding clean energy industry layout and development planning. The participants agreed that Songyuan City possesses an excellent business environment and significant locational advantages, complemented by abundant resource reserves, a comprehensive three-dimensional transportation system, and specialized industrial park facilities. These factors make it an ideal location for the coordinated development of the entire new energy industry chain. Through resource integration, it is expected to cultivate a new green economic growth driver with regional influence. All parties are highly aligned in their development philosophies regarding the green energy sector, indicating broad prospects for future cooperation. Moving forward, they will establish a long-term communication mechanism, innovate cooperation models, explore collaborative potential, promote Songyuan’s economic and social development, and support the local transition to low-carbon green energy.
