On September 2, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with Zhai Wanquan, Party Secretary and Chairman of PowerChina SinoHydro Bureau 6 Co., Ltd., and Pei Limin, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, along with their entourage. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the new energy sector. 

During the meeting, both parties provided comprehensive briefings on their current business development and strategic planning. They agreed that PowerChina SinoHydro Bureau 6 Co., Ltd., with its extensive experience and strong advantages in hydropower and water resources, and Beijing Energy International, with its flexible and efficient mechanisms and outstanding investment and development capabilities in new energy, share highly aligned development concepts in green energy. This common ground provides a solid foundation and broad space for cooperation. Looking ahead, the two sides will establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism, leverage their respective strengths, integrate resources, and focus on new energy project development and industry chain expansion. They will also explore innovative cooperation models, leverage complementary strengths, and pursue win-win development—jointly contributing to China’s green and low-carbon energy transition.
