Recently, Beijing Energy International won the bid for the low-carbon smart energy operation & maintenance hosting project of the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts (NACTA). This marks the company’s first “energy-cost-hosting” service project for a university in Beijing. Under the model of “cost hosting + smart O&M,” the project will provide the campus with full-chain operation, maintenance, and intelligent upgrades for its cooling, heating, domestic hot water, and power distribution systems.

Leveraging the independently developed integrated management platform of Beijing Jingneng International Integrated Smart Energy Company, the project enables centralized monitoring, intelligent analysis, and optimized dispatch of the campus’s distributed energy facilities. A professional team is assigned to implement standardized and refined O&M, enhancing overall energy efficiency and ensuring safe energy consumption.

This successful bid represents a key step in the company’s transformation from an “energy supplier” to an “entrusted energy asset steward and energy-efficiency enhancement partner.” The project not only expands the company’s track record in energy management for public institutions but also provides a replicable business model for promoting light-asset services in complex campus scenarios, further supporting the green and low-carbon development of cultural and educational institutions in the capital.
