Recently, Beijing Energy International won the bid for the integrated energy service project of the Fangshan Solid-State Battery Industrial Park of Beijing Welion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Welion New Energy) in Beijing, marking the company’s continued expansion in the field of industrial energy efficiency services. Adopting an integrated “investment + construction + operation” energy performance contracting model, the project will provide the park with full-chain integrated energy services covering process energy supply, building environmental control, and distributed photovoltaic systems, aiming to develop a high-efficiency, intelligent, and green industrial energy demonstration project. 

The project features a total installed energy system capacity exceeding 37 MW, supporting high-efficiency energy supply systems for production lines and plant facilities. Combined with a 2.25 MW rooftop photovoltaic system, it will establish an energy supply framework featuring multi-energy complementarity and cascade utilization. Leveraging the independently developed smart energy management platform and high-efficiency energy-saving technologies of Beijing Jingneng International Integrated Smart Energy Company, the project will achieve dual improvements in overall system energy efficiency and operational safety.

This project demonstrates the company’s strong service capabilities in complex industrial scenarios and provides a replicable integrated “investment + construction + operation” energy performance contracting model for high-end manufacturing industrial parks, further contributing to the green and low-carbon transformation of the industrial sector.
