On March 3, Zhang Ping, Executive Director and President of Beijing Energy International, together with Zhu Jun, Executive President, met in Beijing with Hu Guoqing, Party Secretary and Chairman of PowerChina Jiangxi Hydropower Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (PowerChina Jiangxi Hydropower), and Yang Xin, President of Energy China Central Southern China Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group (CSEPDI). The parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in the power and energy sector. 

During the meeting, the participants outlined their respective business portfolios and future development plans, and conducted detailed discussions on leveraging complementary strengths and deepening strategic collaboration. All parties agreed that the three companies share aligned development visions and strong complementary advantages, laying a solid foundation for broader and higher-level cooperation. Going forward, the parties will enhance communication, establish a regular exchange mechanism, and fully leverage their respective strengths to explore innovative cooperation models and expand collaboration in both scope and scale. Efforts will be made to advance project implementation at an early date and jointly pursue high-quality, mutually beneficial development, contributing to the building of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system and to the green transformation of the energy sector.
