Recently, the 12th China Securitization Forum (CSF) Annual Conference 2026 was held in Shenzhen. In recognition of its innovative achievements and exemplary market practice in the field of asset securitization, Beijing Energy International’s “CICC–Beijing Energy International Energy Infrastructure Holding-Type Real Estate Asset-Backed Special Plan” was awarded the “Annual Outstanding Project” honor in the exchange-traded enterprise asset securitization category. The award is designed to recognize benchmark transactions and leading practices in China’s exchange-traded enterprise ABS market.

The award-winning transaction, issued on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December 2025, was the market’s first inter-institutional REITs product backed by a hybrid portfolio of wind and solar renewable energy assets, as well as the first off-balance-sheet inter-institutional REITs product launched by a Beijing municipal state-owned enterprise. The transaction raised RMB 1.161 billion.

Earlier, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) also sent a letter of appreciation to Beijing Energy International, expressing sincere gratitude for the company’s active contribution to the development of the SSE bond market in 2025. The letter specifically highlighted the company’s strong performance in initiating holding-type real estate ABS transactions and expanding publicly offered REITs, noting that it has established a leading position within the industry.

The company’s continued recognition through prestigious industry awards and regulatory endorsements fully demonstrates the high level of recognition from both regulators and professional market institutions for Beijing Energy International’s accomplishments in green finance innovation, asset securitization capabilities, and support for capital market development. Looking ahead, the company will continue to uphold its commitment to high-quality development, further advance innovation in the REITs and bond markets, and contribute to the capital market’s role in serving the real economy.
