On July 24, Zhang Ping, Executive Director and President of Beijing Energy International, and Zhu Jun, Executive President, met in Beijing with Yu Haimiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of SDIC Power, and his entourage. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the new energy sector.

During the meeting, both parties provided an overview of their respective business portfolios and strategic plans. They agreed that the two companies share highly aligned development philosophies and possess complementary resource endowments, providing a solid foundation and broad prospects for cooperation. Moving forward, the two sides will take this meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen ongoing regular communication and coordination. Building on their respective resource advantages, they will focus on key areas including the development and acquisition of new energy projects, resource sharing, and asset operations, while exploring diversified cooperation models, expanding the scope of collaboration, and building stronger development synergies to achieve complementary strengths, coordinated empowerment, and win-win development.
