Energy Project at Shuguang Office Center in Haidian District Registered
Time:2026-09-29

On September 28, the PV segment of Beijing Energy International’s integrated energy project at Shuguang Office Center in Haidian District, Beijing, successfully completed registration, marking a significant achievement in the company’s energy cost energy cost management service for administrative office areas.

This PV project is an important part of the integrated energy project at Shuguang Office Center and a core green energy supply module of its energy cost management service. The project is located on the rooftop of Shuguang Office Center at No. 1 Landianchangxi Road, Shuguang Subdistrict, Haidian District, with a total installed capacity of 0.5 MW. It adopts a “selfgeneration for selfconsumption, with surplus power fed into the grid” model. After commissioning, the project is expected to generate approximately 520,000 kWh of electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 157 tons of standard coal and reducing about 414 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year. Upon completion, it will complement and coordinate with the office center’s heating and cooling energy station and smart energy management platform, effectively reducing the office center’s conventional energy consumption and significantly cutting carbon emissions, while delivering outstanding ecological and energy-saving benefits.

The successful registration of this project is a crucial practice for the company in exploring the energy cost management service for administrative office buildings. Upon completion, it will further promote the green development and transformation of centralized office areas and help build a “green, lowcarbon, smart, and comfortable” modern office area.
