On October 29, Wu Chaoke, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with a delegation led by Cao Dongya, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Coal Resources Development Group. The two sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation in the new energy sector. 

During the meeting, the two sides held in-depth and pragmatic discussions on specific matters relating to the implementation of their cooperation. They agreed that the two companies share highly aligned development philosophies, have strongly complementary resource advantages and enjoy a solid foundation for cooperation, with broad potential for collaborative development and implementation. The two sides exchanged views on their respective project development needs and discussed in depth the implementation approaches, standards and risk prevention and control measures, reaching consensus on arrangements for advancing the projects. Moving forward, the two sides will take this meeting as an opportunity to establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism, fully leverage their respective resource strengths and operational management expertise, and focus on the development and construction of new energy projects. By strengthening coordination, complementing each other’s advantages and creating mutual value, they will work together to advance the implementation of cooperation projects and deliver tangible results.

Also attending the meeting were Liu Guanghui, General Manager of the Overseas Development Department of China Coal Resources Development Group; Chen Wenjia, Deputy General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department; Liu Bo, Deputy General Manager of the Investment and Development Department; Gao Feng, Deputy General Manager of the Overseas Development Department; and Shi Xin, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department of BJ ENERGY INTL, as well as other relevant personnel.
