On 10 August, 2016, Mr. Wang Zhun, Vice President of China Development Bank (“CDB”) Qinghai Branch, conducted a site visit to China Merchants New Energy Group Limited (“CMNE” or the “Company”)’s head office in Shekou.

Before the formal meeting, Mr. Wang Zhun visited CMNE’s “Global Smart PV Cloud Management Center” accompanied by Mr. Alan Li, CEO of CMNE, to learn advanced technology of the Company in PV power plant operation and management.

Mr. Alan Li also briefed the guests on the Panda Solar Power Plant. The project will be designed in accordance with the image of "Chinese national treasure" - a giant panda, and will be jointly built by enterprises from China and the United State.

Mr. Wang also visited Technology Application Corner, International Engineer Exchange Center and nearby office area of CMNE to understand how the Company apply its advantages to proactively practice the national "Internet + new energy" innovative business model.
