BJ ENERGY INTL’s Wanyuan Lishu 131.25MW Wind Power Project in Dazhou, Sichuan Approved
Time:2026-04-20

On April 16, the Wanyuan Lishu 131.25MW wind power project in Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, developed by Beijing Energy International, obtained official approval.

The project is Beijing Energy Holding (BEH)’s first large-scale mountainous wind power project in Sichuan, and also the first wind power investment project in Dazhou City. It has been included in Sichuan’s 2026 key project list. The approval marks a “zero breakthrough” for the company in independent wind power development in Sichuan. Upon completion, the project will become the largest wind power project of BEH in the province in terms of installed capacity.

Located in Wanyuan City, the project has a total installed capacity of 131.25MW. After commissioning, it is expected to generate approximately 360 million kWh of clean electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 84,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 222,900 tons. The project will further optimize the local energy structure, inject endogenous development momentum into the old revolutionary base area, enhance energy security support capacity, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, and contribute to Wanyuan’s high-quality green development in the new era.
