On July 7, Zhang Ping, Executive Director and President of Beijing Energy International, met with Zhou Shichang, President of Hongde Group, and his entourage in Beijing. The two sides held discussions on cooperation in the fields of new energy, energy storage, and electricity trading. 

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged overviews of their respective business areas and industrial portfolios, and engaged in in-depth discussions focusing on industrial synergies and innovative cooperation models. Both sides agreed that Beijing Energy International and Hongde Group possess extensive experience and outstanding achievements in their respective fields, share highly aligned development philosophies, and have broad potential for cooperation. Taking this meeting as an opportunity, the two companies will further strengthen communication and coordination, leverage their respective resource advantages, actively explore diversified avenues for cooperation, deepen collaboration in new energy, energy storage, electricity trading, and related fields, and achieve complementary advantages, mutual benefit, and win-win development.

Attending the meeting from Hongde Group were Luo Tianci, Vice President of Star Power; and Dong Zexin, Manager of the Japan Electricity Trading Department of Hongde Group. Beijing Energy International was represented by Vice President Huang Hui and Vice President Jin Xin; Zhang Pengyuan, General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department; Wang Qi, Executive Director of Beijing Jingneng International Integrated Smart Energy Company; Guo Liang, Chief Executive Officer of the Australia Company; together with other relevant personnel.
