On September 15, Zhang Ping, Executive Director and President of Beijing Energy International, and his delegation visited Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and met with Liu Qingyong, President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin Electric Corporation (HEC). The two sides held discussions on in-depth cooperation in the new energy sector. 

At the meeting, both sides reviewed the progress of their previous cooperation projects. They agreed that both have a solid cooperation foundation and remarkable cooperation results. Going forward, the two sides will establish a regularized communication mechanism, fully leverage their respective strengths in domestic resource reserves, technical expertise, project operation and management, continue to deepen practical cooperation based on existing projects, jointly promote the effective implementation of projects, and work together to achieve complementary advantages and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Attendees from HEC included Gao Xuguang, General Manager of the Strategic Development Department and the Investment Company, and Liu Zhizhuo, Deputy General Manager of the Investment Company; attendees from Beijing Energy International included Wu Chaoke, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, Zhang Pengyuan, General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department, and Li Xiangyang, General Manager of the Northeast Branch; and other relevant personnel also attended the meeting.
