On July 27, Wu Chaoke, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with Du Yi, Vice President of CMB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and his delegation. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the new energy sector. 

During the meeting, both parties presented overviews of their respective business development and industrial portfolios. They agreed that both companies share highly aligned philosophies on green energy development and enjoy broad prospects for cooperation. Going forward, the two sides will establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism and, by leveraging their respective core competitive strengths, explore innovative and diversified cooperation models in key areas such as resource sharing for new energy projects and the operation and management of existing assets, with a view to achieving coordinated development and mutually beneficial outcomes.

The meeting was also attended by Zhao Henghui, General Manager of Equipment Leasing Division II of CMB Financial Leasing; Fu Chuqiong, Deputy General Manager of Equipment Leasing Division II; Liu Yunhong, Head of the New Energy Team of the Project Evaluation Department; Zhang Pengyuan, General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department of Beijing Energy International; Shi Xin, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department; and other relevant personnel.
