Hebei Tangshan Photovoltaic Power Station

Tangshan Photovoltaic Project is located in Binhai Town, Caofeidian District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The project started on January 11, 2016 and was connected to the grid on December 28, 2016.

The solar farm of Tangshan Power Station covers an area of 712 mu (around 47 hectares), with a total installed capacity of 17.29 MW. In order to improve the land utilization rate, the project planted medicinal peony, rhizoma anemarrhenae and other Chinese herbal medicines between photovoltaic modules based on local conditions, pioneering the operation mode of integrating PV with Chinese herbal medicine planting. It shows not only China’s advanced technology in renewable energy development and utilization, but also the strength of energy conservation and environmental protection.

The whole life cycle of this project is 25 years, and it can save 8226.39 tons of standard coal for China every year, of which about 725.86 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions and 21,300 tons of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced. The project gives full play to the advantages of solar resources in Tangshan, optimizes local energy structure, reduces the pressure of environmental protection, contributes to the sustainable development of photovoltaic power generation industry in Hebei Province, and provides reliable clean energy for Caofeidian Photovoltaic Planning Demonstration Zone in Tangshan.


Hebei Yangyuan Photovoltaic Power Station

Hebei Yangyuan Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Guangfengzhuang Village, Yaojiazhuang Town, Yangyuan County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, close to the north bank of the beautiful Sanggan River, a key county-level enterprise above designated size in Yangyuan County.

Yangyuan Power Station actively responds to the national sustainable development strategy, and strictly implements the guiding concept of green, energy saving and environmental protection at the beginning of its design. All designs reached the domestic advanced level, which laid a good foundation for the long-term economic and efficient operation of the power station.

Yangyuan Power Station covers an area of 785.45 mu (around 52 hectares) with an installed capacity of 20MW. The dynamic total investment of the power station is 192.639 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,459.69 hours, which means that it produces about 29.19 million kWh of green energy annually, which is equivalent to saving 0.89 million tons of coal resources and reducing 24,200 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It has truly practiced the concept of green development and makes important contributions to the ecological environment of the beautiful Sanggan River.


Wei County Photovoltaic Power Station in Hebei Province

Hebei Wei County Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Nancaochang Village, Dishiying Town, Wei county, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, a plain area (the PV farm is featured by ravines). Xingtai City is an area with abundant solar sunshine, with an annual sunshine of 2,370 hours and a daily average sunshine of 4.2 hours. The project was filed by Xingtai Development and Reform Commission on October 14, 2014, started on March 5, 2015, and was connected to the grid at full capacity on August 29, 2015.

Wei County Power Station covers an area of about 942 mu (around 62 hectares), with an installed capacity of 30MW. The total investment of the power station is about 240 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,300 hours, which means that the Wei County Power Station produces about 39 million kWh of green energy annually, which is equivalent to saving 11,900 tons of coal resources and reducing 32,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is significant for the ecological environment protection and fulfills the concept of green development.


Tianhui Photovoltaic Power Station in Pingshan, Hebei Province

The Tianhui Photovoltaic Power Station of Pingshan is located in Zhijiaogou Village, Zhaibei Town, Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The site features mountainous terrain, criss-cross ravines, well-developed roads network and convenient transportation, and sits at the intersection of S75 Xifu Expressway and G207 State Highway. It is a high-quality green energy project in barren hills that started construction on August 12, 2015. In 2021, it was granted with the reward of 50,000 yuan for the “enterprise above designated size” in Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City.

Tianhui Power Station requisitioned 1,800 mu (around 119 hectares) of wasteland, with a total installed capacity of 20 MW. Pingshan County belongs to the third-class solar energy resource area in China. The total investment of the project is 177.188 million yuan. The average annual effective utilization hours for power generation reaches 1,169 hours, which means that the annual output of the project is about 23.38 million kWh of green energy, saving 8,600 tons of standard coal, 25,900 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, 730 tons of sulfur oxides and 400 tons of nitrogen oxides. It can effectively reduce greenhouse gases and harmful substances, substantially protect the ecological environment, and fulfill the concept of green development.


Guolong Photovoltaic Power Station in Nangong, Hebei Province

The Guolong Photovoltaic Power Station (located in Duanlutou Town, Zizhong Town, Chuiyang Town, Minghua Town of Nangong City, Xingtai City, Hebei Province) is located in a plain area, with a flat terrain and convenient transportation, which is suitable for the development and construction of photovoltaic power stations, and the mode of agrophotovoltaic (APV) is adopted in the power station.

The installed capacity of Guolong Photovoltaic Power Station is 170MW, and the average annual effective utilization hours for power generation reaches 1467.6h, which means that its annual output is about 249.492 million kWh of green energy, saving 76,100 tons of coal resources and reducing 207,600 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, representing a great contribution to protecting the ecological environment and practicing the concept of green development.



Yuanda Photovoltaic Power Station in Longyao, Hebei Province

Yuanda Distributed Photovoltaic Project is located in the factory of Yuanda Valve Group Co., Ltd in Xiyin Village, Yincun Town, Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. This power station is built on seven rooftops, three cement rooftops are installed with fixed inclination brackets, and four color steel tile rooftops are installed in a tiled manner along the slope.

The installed capacity of the project is 5.508MW, and the project supplies electricity for self-use, with the surplus connecting to the grid, and the grid-connected voltage level is 10kV. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 149 million kWh, which is expected to save 45,400 tons of standard coal and reduce 123,900 tons of carbon dioxide.


Jinhoudun Photovoltaic Power Station in Xingtai, Hebei Province

The Jinhoudun Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Jinhoudun Automobile Factory, Longgangxijie Street, Xindu District, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. It is built on three terraced rooftops in the factory.

The installed capacity of this project is 5.324MW, and it adopts the 100% on-grid mode. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 131 million kWh, which is expected to save 40,000 tons of standard coal and reduce 108,900 tons of carbon dioxide.


Zhongde Photovoltaic Power Station in Handan, Hebei Province

The Zhongde Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Zhongde Industrial Co., Ltd., in Handan City, Hebei Province. It is built on four rooftops in the zone.

The installed capacity of this project is 3.33MW, and it was connected to the grid at full capacity on December 27, 2017. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 78.43 million kWh. It is estimated that 23,900 tons of standard coal will be saved and 65,300 tons of carbon dioxide will be cut.


Xinyuanxu Photovoltaic Power Station in Shexian County, Hebei Province

The Xinyuanxu Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Xinyuanxu Green Printing and Packaging Factory, Kaiyuan Street, Shexian County, Handan City, Hebei Province.

It is built on seven rooftops in the zone. The installed capacity of the project is 3.43MW, which was connected to the grid at full capacity on December 31, 2017. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 82.53 million kWh, and it is estimated that 25,200 tons of standard coal will be saved and 68,700 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced.


Jingmao Photovoltaic Power Station in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province

The Jingmao Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station is located in the University of Economics and Trade, No.47 Xuefu Road, Xinhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It is built on 29 rooftops on campus.

The installed capacity of this project is 2.63MW, and the project can supply electricity for its self-use, with the surplus connecting to the grid. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 74.2 million kWh. It is estimated that 22,600 tons of standard coal will be saved and 61,700 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced.



Qiyang Photovoltaic Power Station in Zhengding, Hebei Province

The Qiyang Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Zhengding Logistics Park, No.107 National Highway, Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.

It is built on 6 rooftops in the zone. The installed capacity of this project is 5.89MW, and it adopts the 100% on-grid mode. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 148 million kWh, and it is estimated that 45,200 tons of standard coal will be saved and 123,300 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced.


Qiyuan Photovoltaic Power Station in Cheng’an, Hebei Province

The Qiyuan Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station is located in North Valve Industrial Park of Cheng’an County, Handan City, Hebei Province, and it is built on two rooftops in the park.

The installed capacity of this project is 3.51MW, and it was connected to the grid at full capacity on December 30, 2017.

The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 82.48 million kWh, and it is estimated that 25,200 tons of standard coal will be saved and 68,600 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced.


Xinnuo Photovoltaic Power Station in Nangong, Hebei Province

The Xinnuo Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station is located in the factory of Jingqiang Connecting Rod Co., Ltd. in Nangong, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, and is built on 14 rooftops.

The installed capacity of this project is 4.92MW, and it is connected to the power grid in full capacity. The total power generation of the project in 25 years is about 124 million kWh, and it is estimated that 38,000 tons of standard coal will be saved and 103,500 tons of carbon dioxide will be reduced.


Guorui Photovoltaic Power Station in Nangong, Hebei Province

The Guorui Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Sucun Town, Nangong, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, and its construction commenced on October 10, 2020.

It covers an area of about 420 mu (around 28 hectares) with an installed capacity of 30MW. The total investment of the power station is 120 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 946 hours, which means that the annual output of green energy is about 28.366 million kWh, which is equivalent to saving 0.86 million tons of coal resources and reducing 23,600 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It is conducive to protecting the ecological environment and translating the green development into reality.


Guochang Photovoltaic Power Station in Longyao, Hebei Province

The Guochang Photovoltaic Power Station is located in five administrative areas, including Dashikou Town, Yincun Town and the Development Zone, etc., in Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province.

The project is located in the piedmont alluvial plain, with flat terrain, contiguous cultivated land, thick layer and loose soil. The surface vegetation is mainly agricultural crops, and some sections are distributed with low shrubs, covering an area of about 11,200 mu (around 739 hectares). The registered capacity of the project is 400MW, the designed annual power generation is 560 million kWh, and the equivalent annual utilization hours are 1,400 hours, saving 173,600 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 464,800 tons.

The project adopts the agrophotovataic(APV) mode, which not only generates power, but also provides a suitable growth environment for crops, edible fungi and animal husbandry.


Guoshun Photovoltaic Power Station in Nangong, Hebei Province

The Guoshun Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Duanlutou Town, Zizhong Town, Chuiyang Town, Minghua Town, etc., in Nangong, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. The topography of the project site is a plain area, with a flat terrain and convenient transportation, which is suitable for the development and construction of photovoltaic power stations. It adopts the agrophotovotaic mode.

Its recorded capacity is 400MW, and the average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,467.6 hours, which means that it produces about 586.8 million kWh of green energy annually, which is equivalent to saving 181,900 tons of coal resources and reducing 487,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, thus greatly protecting the ecological environment and fulfilling the concept of green development.


Guorui Photovoltaic Power Station in Guangzong, Hebei Province

The Guorui Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Zhangguzhai Village, Beitangtuan Town, Guangzong County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. It is located in the alluvial plain of the ancient Yellow River and Zhanghe River, with flat terrain.

It covers a total area of about 9,000 mu (around 594 hectares), with a record capacity of 300MW. The total investment of the power station is 1.5 billion yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,218 hours, and its designed average annual power generation is about 365.4 million kWh, which is equivalent to saving 113,000 tons of coal resources and reducing 303,200 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is conducive to protecting the ecological environment and practicing the concept of green development.


Gaobeidian Photovoltaic Power Station in Hebei Province

The Gaobeidian Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Gaobeidian, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It was a project of investment attraction in 2021, which developed and utilized the rooftops of primary schools, junior high schools and health centers in the entire area of Gaobeidian. The registered capacity of the power station is 30MW, and the total investment of the project is 115.5 million yuan, which is still under construction.

Photovoltaic modules of this station are mounted on the rooftops of the existing buildings, with a total roof area of about 91,898m2. The power station is located in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and health centers all across Gaobeidian, and is committed to delivering green energy to the education and health system of Gaobeidian.

It has an annual designed capacity of 1,250 hours for power generation. The annual output of green energy is about 37.5 million kWh, equivalent to saving 11,000 tons of coal resources and reducing 31,200 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, thus contributing to the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
