Chayou Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Chayou Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Chayouqianqi Banner, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with an installed capacity of 130 MW. The photovoltaic project is constructed in three phases. The project construction site is rich in solar energy resources, and the landform is mainly hilly. The whole site covers an area of about 5,706 mu (around 380 hectares), and the average annual power generation capacity is 215 million kWh, equivalent to saving 70,030 tons of coal and reducing 194,890 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The power station conforms to the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction, and contributes to promoting the ecological environment and local green new energy industries.


Qingshuihe Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Qingshuihe Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Qingshuihe County, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with an installed capacity of 65 MW. Its altitude is between 1,370 meters and 1,375 meters, and it covers an area of about 2,710 mu (around 181 hectares). Its annual power generation capacity is 105 million kWh, equivalent to saving 34,200 tons of coal resources and reducing 90,200 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, thus greatly protecting the ecological environment and well practicing the concept of green development. As a project in Qingshuihe County, the power station is striving for safety for production while fully increasing the economic income for local people. The third phase of the project is developed as a poverty alleviation project, which can allocate special poverty alleviation funds annually to 213 poverty-stricken households who have no ability to work.




Baotou Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Baotou Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Shiguai District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with an installed capacity of 50 MW. The photovoltaic modules of this project are built on a mountain. In a relatively flat area, the components are mounted to spell out the pattern of a national treasure—panda. When you view it from a distance, it resembles a giant panda waving to welcome you. The total area of the power station is about 2,400 mu (around 160 hectares), and the total investment of the project is 390 million yuan. During the operation period, the average annual power generation is 83.66 million kWh, equivalent to saving about 29,300 tons of standard coal, 69,600 tons of carbon dioxide and 77.18 tons of nitrogen dioxide every year, thus contributing to the early realization of the dual carbon goals in Inner Mongolia.


Hangjinhouqi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Hangjinhouqi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in the northeast of Taiyangmiao Farm, Hangjinhouqi Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, about 2km away from provincial highway S312 in the south and 36km away from Shanba in the east. The landform of the site is featured by hilly, semi-fixed dunes, alluvial plain, diluvial plain and floodplain. The terrain is generally high in the southwest and low in the northeast, with an altitude between 1029.90 meters and 1050.0 meters.


It covers an area of about 1,830 mu (around 122 hectares), with an installed capacity of 50 MW and a total investment of 518.005 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hour can reach 1,500, which means that it produces about 75 million kWh of green energy annually, equivalent to saving 22,875 tons of coal resources and reducing 62,400 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which greatly protects the ecological environment and well practices the concept of green development.


Horqin Zuoyi Zhongqi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Horqin Zuoyi Zhongqi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.


It covers a total area of about 2,533 mu (around 169 hectares), with an installed capacity of 60 MW. The total investment of the power station is 549.35 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hour can reach 1,600, which means that it can provide about 96 million kWh of green electric energy to the local area every year, equivalent to saving 29,300 tons of coal resources and reducing 79,900 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, thus playing a positive role in energy structure transformation, ecological environment protection and economic development.


Shangdu Phase II Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Shangdu Phase II Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Liangjia Village, Shibaqing Town, Shangdu County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The site is about 37km away from Shangdu County Government, and the elevation of the site is between 1,277 meters and 1,283 meters.


It is a model project in partnership with the Green Energy Ecosystem Organization (PGO), with a total area of about 1,700 mu (around 113 hectares) and an installed capacity of 50 MW. The total investment of the power station is 456,576,200 yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,600, and the annual output of green energy is about 80 million kWh, equivalent to saving 26,000 tons of coal resources and reducing 68,500 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is greatly conducive to protecting the ecological environment and practicing the concept of green development.


Tuoketuo Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Tuoketuo Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Xidageda Village, Wushijia Town, Tuoketuo County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The site is about 18km away from the Tuoketuo County Government and 65km away from Hohhot. The elevation of the site is between 991 meters and 993 meters.


It is a model project in partnership with the Green Energy Ecosystem Organization (PGO), with a total area of about 1,280 mu (85 hectares), an installed capacity of 40 MW and a total investment of 390 million yuan. The average annual utilization hours can reach 1,470, and the average annual power generation is about 59.366 million kWh, which is able to supply electricity for 22,000 households for one year. It can save about 20,000 tons of standard coal and reduce about 60,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year, which is greatly conducive to protecting the ecological environment and practicing the concept of green development.


Wulate Houqi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Wulate Houqi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, about 11km to the southwest of Huhewenduer Town. It was incorporated into the green energy planning project of Inner Mongolia in 2013.


The landform of this project is featured by sandy grassland. When it is completed, it will not only stabilize quicksand and improve the ecological environment, but also effectively control a desert area of more than 1,300 mu (87 hectares), laying the groundwork for desert control and ecological restoration. Moreover, it can make full use of the long solar irradiation, reduce the utilization of non-renewable resources as well as pollution, which is in line with the current strategy of sustainable development.


It covers a total area of about 1,438 mu (around 96 hectares), with an installed capacity of 40 MW. The total investment of the power station is 626.0944 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,650, which means that it can produce about 66.1 million kWh of green energy annually, equivalent to saving 20,000 tons of coal resources and reducing 60,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It can effectively reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases and toxic and harmful substances, protect the ecological environment and deepen the sustainable development strategy.


Zhuozi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Zhuozi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Qianlamakongdai, Bayinxile Town, Zhuozi County, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with an average altitude of 1,750 meters and about 16km away from Zhuozi County.


The project enjoys convenient transportation and covers an area of about 800 mu (around 53 hectares) with an installed capacity of 20 MW. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,582, which means that it can produce about 31.64 million kWh of green energy annually, equivalent to saving 10,000 tons of coal resources and reducing 26,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, thus greatly protecting the ecological environment and well practicing the concept of green development.


Damaoqi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Damaoqi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Honggetala Village, Bailingmiao Town, Damaoqi Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, thirteen kilometers away from the Banner Government.


It covers an area of 45.26 mu (around 3 hectares), with an installed capacity of 20 MW. The total investment of the power station is 204 million yuan. The annual available hours are 1,647, which means that it can produce about 32,941,300 kWh of green energy annually, equivalent to saving 10,050 tons of coal resources and reducing 27,410 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which greatly protects the ecological environment and well practices the concept of green development.


Tuyouqi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Tuyouqi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Salaqi Town, Tuyouqi Banner, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a typical demonstration project of energy conservation and emission reduction for rooftop centralized and distributed project supported by the state fiscal policy.


The project optimizes urban energy structure by scaling up the utilization of renewable energy. It has taken comprehensively supportive measures to promote the demonstration of all-around application of solar renewable energy, made full use of the rooftops of industrial parks in building solar power generation systems in a centralized manner, and built distributed power systems with renewable energy as the main source. Its rooftop area totals 660,000 square meters and its installed capacity reaches 30 megawatts. The total investment of the power station is 182.2061 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hour can reach 1,446, which means that it can produce about 43.38 million kWh of green energy annually, equivalent to saving 13,000 tons of coal resources and reducing 36,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which greatly protects the ecological environment and well practices the concept of green development.


Zhenglanqi Photovoltaic Power Station in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Zhenglanqi Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Zhenglanqi Banner, south of Xilingol League in central Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The site is flat, with a ground elevation between 1,323 meters and 1,331 meters, sitting about 17km northwest of Shangdu Town of Zhenglanqi Banner. There are roads connecting the nearby counties and towns in the southwest of the site with convenient transportation, and the site is 380km away from Hohhot in the west, 9km away from S308 National Road in the south and about 14km away from Shangdu 220kV substation in the south.


It covers a total area of about 2,360 mu (around 157 hectares), with an installed capacity of 50 MW. The total investment of the power station is 439.557 million yuan. The average annual effective power generation utilization hour reaches 1,722, which means that it can produce about 86.1 million kWh of green energy annually, equivalent to saving 26,300 tons of coal resources and reducing 71,700 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which greatly protects the ecological environment and well practices the concept of green development.


Yuanhai Photovoltaic Power Station in Wulate Houqi, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Yuanhai Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Wulate Houqi Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the southwest of Huhewenduer Town, about 13km away from the town. It was incorporated into the green energy planning project of Inner Mongolia in 2014.


The landform is featured by sandy grassland. It can effectively reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases and toxic and harmful substances, protect the ecological environment and deepen the sustainable development strategy.
